E3 2016 – Bethesda Press Conference

Bethesda followed suite from EA with a very well put together presentation in the early hours this morning (for us UK gamers anyway).

DOOM: 2016 #BE3 Showcase Presentation

The fight continues, DOOM Marine. There’s a lot more DOOM for you to enjoy, and we gave you a first-look at what’s in store at this year’s #BE3Showcase. id Software’s Marty Stratton reveals all the new free content coming to DOOM, including new SnapMap tools and Hell visual themes, plus new multiplayer modes including fan favorites like Classic Deathmatch, capture the flag, and capture & hold. He also shares news around the game’s first DLC pack, Unto the Evil, which includes three new multiplayer maps, new equipment, a new weapon, and the Harvester–and a new player-controlled demon.

If you haven’t joined in on the fun just yet, we’ve got another special surprise. The DOOM Demo is available starting June 13. Play the first level of the campaign for free, available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

Prey

Announced at the 2016 Bethesda Showcase, watch the reveal trailer for Prey!

Arkane Studios, the team behind the critically acclaimed Dishonored series, is bringing their unique vision to Prey, a first-person sci-fi action game that reimagines the franchise from the ground up… with an added psychological twist.

You are Morgan Yu, the subject of morally dubious experiments designed to improve the human race. You awaken aboard the Talos 1 in the year 2032 and must uncover the secrets hiding in the depths of the space station while being hunted by the mysterious alien force that has taken over. You’ll have to rely on the tools you find on the station – along with your wits, weapons and mind-bending abilities – to combat the growing threat and, hopefully, survive. Get your first look at Prey in the cinematic reveal trailer.

Prey will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC in 2017.

Dishonored 2

Reprise your role as a supernatural assassin in Dishonored 2 – the next chapter in the award-winning Dishonored saga by Arkane Studios. Play your way in a world where mysticism and industry collide. Quake Champions

Quake. Is. Back.

Running at an impressive 120hz with unlocked framerates, id Software’s new multiplayer shooter is getting ready to take PC gaming by storm once more.

Fallout 4/Fallout Shelter/Skyrim Special Edition: 2016 #BE3 Showcase Presentation

Watch as Bethesda Game Studios’ Game Director Todd Howard shares the latest content for Fallout 4 and Fallout Shelter, PLUS the official announcement of Skyrim Special Edition.

At the BE3 Showcase, Bethesda Game Studios revealed three more add-ons, with the first Contraptions Workshop available on June 14th. Get the full scoop on Contraptions Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop and their final add-on, Nuka-World.

Also from the Wasteland, Bethesda Game Studios is working on big changes for Fallout Shelter. Update 1.6 will introduce Quests to Fallout Shelter, with an all-new combat system, new characters, enemies, and locations to explore. Plus, the surprise announcement that Fallout Shelter is coming to PC. Both Quests and Fallout Shelter for PC will arrive in July.

Finally, one of the most beloved games of the last generation (and all-time), Skyrim Special Edition, brings the epic fantasy to life in stunning, remastered detail , with all the official add-ons included.

Skyrim Special Edition will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 28th 2016 , and will support full PC Mods on console.
